PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INTERNET RACING (INTRAC pronounced InTrack)

Welcome to what we hope will be the future of online simulated racing using Nascar3 by Sierra.

This is an introductory letter to announce the intentions of WBRacing to create, promote, develop, and maintain a structured, competitive racing community for all sim-racers around the world.

WBR is putting into action a proposal to develop a CLOSED environment via the internet for the sole purpose of racing online using the Nascar3 racing game by Sierra.

When Nascar3 is released to the public for sale, WBR will host and test the multiplayer capabilities using beta-testers.

If you would like to participate in the free-testing period please email WBRacing@aol.com and request to be added to the beta-tester email list. NO team listings or emails will be accepted. If you want to be included you must do so as an individual. As of now there are no additional hardware and communication requirements for each client other than what the Nascar3 game will recommend. We are guessing that we may possibly need as many as 50 people so come one, come all. If you have any previous relative types of experience that are not known to me please feel free to note them.

A temporary web site will soon follow.

Our investors have committed to the cost of the first server and the initial investment for the internet bandwidth required to fully test the multiplayer capabilities in the Nascar3 racing game.

If this testing is successful the investment will be offered to expand the system to allow 2000+ users in one league.

WBR, INTRAC, or any investment offering in no way offers the sale, resale, support, or modifications for the Nascar3 racing game.

What will be created is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) for the sole purpose of allowing users to race Nascar3 online in a highly competitive, structured venue. It will be fee-based and it will seek public advertising. The racing offered will be league-type orientated only and group managed by WBR in partnership with the users.

If you have any questions I will respond the best I can here or in private email at WBRacing@aol.com.

In the very near future we may seek new or additional help on a voluntary basis for league-type management, website administration, technical support, and marketing strategy.

Once we receive and accept an investment offering these consulting positions will be fee-paid. If you think you can help us in these areas now, please, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Thanks,
Tim White
